The multimedia-sustained retrospectives of 10/2023 currently being finalized on my Filmfolio ([1] to [3]), with a view to providing audiovisual context to the .pdf-based instruction in progress since 01/2020, aim to demonstrate that the current conflict of diverging interests (opposing squatting authorities) was established during the period 2002-2005, much to the detriment of the medical diagnosis of my cognitive impairment at the time, leading to a permanent worsening of the situation which necessitated a cassation complaint on my part in January 2020.
The purpose of the said cassation procedure is therefore more specifically to break and neutralize all vicious interference cycles (sustained through legal loopholes in the procedure every step of the way) that were abusively started without my knowledge and consent from 2003 onwards, because it had not been possible at the time to formally establish (in real time) that such excessive interference malpractice had already been at work since at least 2000 (4), or even before my departure for Munich (5).
Moral and financial compensation for the damage cumulated every step of the way is therefore required without further delay (6), in accordance with the specifications-focused provisions set out in the successive complaint files of my Télérecours-based cassation folder directory under review.
